Great selection of products but please know that there are no trolleys available at this store for parents with bubs. You either have to hold your baby and one handedly push the trolley or go elsewhere. Such an inconvenience for mothers. Disappointed customer.

This store has been out local Woolies for 15 years. They have kindly donated to my daughters sports club in the past and support a lot of local schools as well. But today they went above and beyond in an amazing way. They kindly gifted my wife a Mother's Day gift bag as part of their customer appreciation. This gesture really made my wife beam after a long, hard day at work. Thankyou again.

👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻The service at this Woolworths was unbelievably terrible, and the staff treated customers as if they were thieves. I went there to buy a toothbrush, and as I was checking out at the self-service checkout area, I realized that the toothbrush I had chosen, which was supposed to be discounted, was not actually on sale. I informed the female staff member at the self-service checkout, that I no longer wished to buy it. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, she said, "Can I see what's in your bag?" When I asked why, she responded that she just needed to check. Due to my time constraints, I didn't argue further and opened my bag. To my surprise, she then insisted that I open another layer before allowing me to leave. I have never encountered such a deplorable incident in my life, and I will be sure to inform my friends and family not to shop here again.

Almost no customer service, especially at the checkouts. Often the shelves are empty with no staff to restock.

I just want complaint about Trolleys today. I have been go sunnybank Hills shopping centre shopping today. I try to get Trolleys from woolworths but some lady over 60 from Ciggarete section on 9 December arround 8.45, She said you can't take trolleys if you not going to shop at woolworths. That s time I said I will back after for another shopping. She use very bad attitude leave that's trolleys there. Then after back from another shop I saw some lady take trolleys even she don't shopping at woolworths but didn't said anything. So that's time I decided go coles instead woolworths, if she keep doing what today , I bet woolworths will lost a lot customer. That's big shopping centre , people have choice there. It's no worthy loss customer because trolleys. I been shopping at woolworths over 10 years, even do weekly shopping there. I just very disappointed what happened today. Never ever go that woolworths again.
